     Lawyer Dr. Hans-Jochim Seelmaecker (jun.)

Dr. Hans-Joachim Seelmaecker (Junior) was born in Hamburg in 1969, where he took his High School diploma at the Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium in 1988.

He did his Military Service until 1989 and then studied Law at the University in Hamburg, taking the first state examination in 1994. He then entered the preparatory practice service in Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, passing the second (the “grand”) state examination in 1996.

Parallelwise he wrote his dissertation “Liability of constituent states’ Administration, Art. 104a par. 5 of the Federal Constitution and its applicability with regard to the common duties between the Federation and her constituent states in the sense of Art. 91a Federal Constitution”. The thesis was tutored by Professor Ingo von Münch, Univsersity of Hamburg. He was promoted a doctor and started as a lawyer in 1997.

He acquired the special qualification and title of an Expert Lawyer in Family and Traffic Law.

Dr. Hans-Joachim Seelmaecker (Junior)  is divorced and has a son.
